  1. Where is The Address Citywest located?

The hotel sits on the N7 / Naas Road in KingsWood Village, Dublin 22, adjacent to the business-oriented Citywest Business Campus. It is approximately 9 km from Dublin city centre. The hotel is ~15 minutes’ walk from the nearest stop on the Luas Red Line tram, the Luas connects to Dublin city centre in about 30–35 minutes. You can also drive, the hotel is accessible from the N7/M50 motorways.

  1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, at an extra fee.

  1. Does the hotel offer luggage storage?

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available for guests before check-in and after check-out.

Yes, the hotel includes an on-site dining venue at NORTH Eatery, featuring a menu of Irish and international dishes, as well as a bar offering drinks and light cuisine.

Breakfast inclusion depends on the package booked. Both room-only and bed-and-breakfast options are available.

 

Facilities & Services

  1. Is there a fitness centre or wellness facility?

The Address Citywest has a Fitness Suite and Sauna, available to residents only. Equipment comprises of treadmill, crosstrainer, bike, rowing machine, benches & free weights, medicine balls & mats, swiss balls, as well as towels and water are available. The gym is open Monday through Sunday, from 5 am until 10 pm, access with hotel key only.

  1. Does the hotel offer meeting or event spaces?

Yes, The Address Citywest has a variety of meeting and event rooms available in The Lodge. There are six event spaces that can accommodate up to 110 guests, designed to inspire creativity and professionalism for various occasions, including corporate meetings and weddings.

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available; same-day turnaround may be possible depending on timing.

 

Parking & Transport

  1. Is on-site parking available?

Yes, The Address Citywest has an underground parking garage that is available 24/7. The parking is safe and covered, but please note that spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

  1. Do you offer airport transfers?

While dedicated transfers may not be included, staff can assist with booking taxis or advising on local transport options.

  1. What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy at The Address Citywest allows reservations to be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. However, please note that all advance purchase offers are non-refundable. It’s always a good idea to check your confirmation for the specific cancellation policy related to your booking.

A credit card pre-authorization or refundable deposit may be required to cover incidentals during your stay.
